AC Milan are looking to address their left-back problems with Valencia’s Jordi Alba says the players agent. The 23-year-old is highly regarded in Spain after establishing himself in the Valencia starting eleven and given the financial problems Los Che have, they may be tempted to sell. The same situation arrived in the summer of last campaign when they sold David Villa to Barcelona.
“It is true, I can confirm that we are in contact with Milan, also for Soriano of Villarreal, who is another represented by me,” Vicente Fores, the player’s agent confirmed.
“Initially with Milan there has been only brief contact, but I think that within 20 days to a month maximum, we will meet with [director Ariedo] Braida. I don’t know whether this will be in Spain or Italy.” Alba has made 21 appearances in La Liga for Valencia this season and has scored one goal.
